Terms of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item—whether it’s shoes, clothing, a bag, a watch, or another accessory—must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused)
- In its original packaging
- With all original tags (if applicable)
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
When Can You Return an Item?
Returns are only accepted if:
- You received a damaged or defective item
- You received the wrong item
As QualityReps provides detailed product photos, descriptions, and videos before purchase, returns are not accepted for reasons outside the scenarios above.
However, exceptional cases may be considered at our discretion.
If the item is in proper condition and functions as described, refund requests will not be accepted.
Refund Crediting Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take 3–7 business days to process and post the refund.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
However, if an exchange is required, QualityReps will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to you.
